If you book directly through us, we will make a reservation confirmation that is final after the down payment.

The confirmation states the following conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of the rent is due within seven days after making this reservation.  

• After receipt of the down payment, Eco Boshuis Wateren is definitively booked.

• The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period.

• The rent consists of the price per night and the cleaning costs.

• The rent includes the costs for the use of bed, bath and kitchen linen, tourist tax, wifi and electricity. Separate costs are charged for charging electric cars in accordance with the electricity rates. In that case, we would like to hear from you.

• In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay by the tenant or landlord, 100% of the deposit will be returned, minus 35 euros administration costs. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

• The Boshuiss includes all existing household effects as described on the website and in the manual supplied with the booking. It also contains all kinds of practical information with regard to the Boshuis opghuge.

• The tenants will ensure that the Boshuis is used and maintained in accordance with its intended purpose. The landlords ensure that the facilities correspond to what is stated on the website and in the information brochure.

• Any damage to the Boshuis caused by the tenant will be reported by the tenant and reimbursed to the landlord on the basis of reasonableness and fairness.

• No parties and parties, no photo shoots without request
